In 2023, our founders spent four months inside the stockrooms of five major supermarket chains in Lagos and Abuja. What we witnessed was astonishing: store managers were spending 15 hours every week manually tallying paper receipts and typing rough guesses into Excel spreadsheets.

When emergency stockouts hit on Friday afternoons, customers walked away annoyed, while hundreds of crates of competing goods sat untouched in storage rooms just 15 kilometers across town.

We built Demandra to replace that guesswork with continuous mathematical certainty. By linking POS checkouts directly to predictive neural networks, we turn fragmented retail floors into self-orchestrating, synchronized store networks.
